Who says there is no such thing as super heroes?  Apparently Batman is alive and well in England.

A man dressed as the “Dark Knight" - walked into a police station in Brandford - escorting a wanted man. The slightly less athletic batman waited until police took the wanted man into custody.   He's being charged with handling stolen goods. The identity of the "caped crusader" remains unknown.

Real-life 'Batman' must hang up tights

A Michigan man who tried to be a real-life Batman has been ordered to hang-up his tights and mask for six months.

Mark Wayne Williams, known as the Petoskey Batman to his fans, was arrested in May when Petoskey, Mich., police found him dangling from a roof dressed in a Caped Crusader's costume, the Huffington Post reported.

Williams, 32, was charged with trespassing and carrying dangerous weapons after officers said he was found with a baton, a canister of a chemical irritant spray and lead-lined gloves.

As part of a deal with prosecutors, Williams pleaded guilty to one count of resisting and obstructing an officer.
