DETROIT -

A well-known Detroit contractor is being sued on accusations he sexually harassed a former employee.

Bobby Ferguson, owner of Ferguson Enterprises, is being sued by his former director of human resources -- Gwendolyn Young.

Ferguson is a longtime friend and business associate of ex-Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick.

In her lawsuit, Young accuses Ferguson of making sexual advances towards.

"Defendant Ferguson told plaintiff Young on one occasion he wanted her to 'suck my (expletive),'" the lawsuit states. It also states that Ferguson grabbed Young's breasts as a company Christmas party in 2007 and told coworkers he wanted to "get some of that."

In the filing, Young is described as an "attractive female, though conservative in dress and behavior." Young said she complained about Ferguson's behavior, asking him to stop several times.

Young said she was fired "without notice" in December 2009. She said she was given the opportunity to resign but was told by Ferguson that it would read in her personnel file that she had been terminated.

The filing states Young thinks Ferguson is prone to violent outbursts, which is why she hadn't filed a complaint until Tuesday.
