Moceri Companies submits plans to Birmingham planning board to build 'IronGate on Eton '

BIRMINGHAM, Mich. – Moceri Companies has announced plans for a new work and live building in downtown Birmingham.

The home builder will present plans to build IronGate, to the city planning board on Wednesday.

The lofts would be built adjacent to the Eton Street Station II condominium on Eton Street.

"IronGate will be the quintessential urban nest in the heart of Birmingham's highly sought after Rail District," said Dominic J. Moceri of Moceri Companies.

The planning board will review plans which will include; final site plan, landscape plan, plant materials, site amenities, building elevations and materials, architectural renderings, floor plans and conceptual signage.

The lofts will consist of two and three bedroom luxury, work/live rental homes.

The lofts will feature hardwood flooring; slate master baths with floating tubs, granite and custom cherry wood cabinets; dramatic ceiling heights; brick paver courtyards; 2-car attached garages; balconies and private courtyards.
