Communications & Creative Services Division (CCSD) & Total Copy Center Detroit Building Authority

Greater Detroit Resource Recovery Authority (GDRRA)

Human Resources (with the exception of Payroll Division)

Human Rights

Mayor's Office

Media Services

Purchasing Division (Finance Department)
