Court ruling supports planned Islamic center at former Farmington Hills elementary school

Michigan Court of Appeals says residents trying to block sale of Eagle Elementary school to Islamic association have no standing

The plan to sell the Eagle Elementary has generated public opposition to plans for a mosque and cultural center on the school's site.
