WEST BLOOMFIELD, Mich. – The Farmington Hills School District is a step closer to finalizing a deal to sell a closed elementary school in West Bloomfield to the Islamic Cultural Association.
The plan to sell the Eagle Elementary has generated public opposition to plans for a mosque and cultural center on the school's site.
