Deadly Oakland County stabbing under investigation
Man killed, woman hurt, one under arrest
Michigan State Police are investigating the murder of 35-year-old Charles Shiffman of Pinckney.
Shiffman was found stabbed to death on Green Cove Road in Rose Township Saturday evening.
Another victim, a 31-year-old Holly woman, was taken to Uof M Hospital in Ann Arbor for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. She was found with the suspect about an hour after Shiffman was found dead.
Michigan State Police have arrested the person they believe is responsible, though the investigation is ongoing.
