DEARBORN, Mich. -

Dearborn police is asking for the public's help in finding an accused bank robber and the woman he was last seen with.

Police said 37-year-old Yourmin "Jay" Mincey is wanted on two federal warrants for a bank robbery in Dearborn that happened on June 15 and another robbery at a bank in Jackson on June 26.

Mincey was last seen with 22-year-old Lena Ann Fife, driving a newer model white full size conversion van. They are known to frequent the Detroit area, to include Jackson, Ann Arbor, and Ypsilanti. Mincey has also spent time in Las Vegas.

Police said they have reason to believe that Fife may be in danger.

Mincey has a lengthy criminal history and should be considered armed and dangerous. He has a dark birthmark or scar beneath his right eye.

Fife is described as 5 feet 4 inches and 120 pounds.

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Mincey of Fife is encouraged to contact the Dearborn Police Department. Tips can be anonymous and should be made by calling the Dearborn Police Department tip line at 313-943-3012.

Dearborn Police are offering a $1000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Mincey.
