Detroit police have arrested the woman who is accused of opening fire on a crowd on the Detroit riverfront after a fight on the Detroit Princess riverboat.
Police said 28-year-old Latoiya Lanea Mitchell fired shots early Monday morning after getting into a verbal altercation aboard the boat.
She turned herself into the Detroit Police Department Friday evening. Charges are pending, police said.
Police said Mitchell went to her car after the riverboat docked and returned with the weapon.
Three men, ages 31, 25, 29, and four women, ages 37, 24, 26, and 33, were hurt by the bullets.
Mitchell was seen leaving the area in a gray Ford Explorer.
