Geniene La'Shay Mott says she regularly had sex with McCree in his office and became pregnant. She met the judge while he was handling a support case involving a child and another man.
McCree has 14 days to respond to the misconduct complaint. He's been suspended without pay since February but could ultimately lose his job.
The Judicial Tenure Commission says McCree acknowledged having a relationship with Mott. A message seeking comment was left at McCree's home.
