FBI investigates suspicious package received by Christian publisher near Grand Rapids

CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

Emergency crews responded to calls about a suspicious package at a Christian publisher near Grand Rapids.

There's no evidence that the package found Tuesday at Zondervan was hazardous. FBI spokesman Simon Shaykhet says agents took it for analysis.

Zondervan is headquartered in Kent County's Cascade Township and publishes Bibles and other Christian media. A message seeking comment wasn't immediately returned.
