The family of a Washington Township mother who was killed in a hit-and-run has increased the reward for information that leads to the person who left her body in a parking lot.

Sandra Loepp, 37, married and a mother of five, was walking on Van Dyke after leaving Santino's Bar in the early morning hours of Dec. 16 when she was hit.

Police said Loepp's body was stuck under the car and dragged for hundreds of feet.

Whoever hit her eventually stopped, pulled her body from the underside of their car and then fled the scene. Her body was found the following morning in the parking lot of a mobile home park near Van Dyke and 28 Mile Road.

Police said Loepp and her husband had been at a nearby bar with friends. It wasn't clear why Loepp was walking alone.

The reward has been increased to $6,500.
