Girl, 10, attacked by raccoon, returns home after surgery

The girl who was mauled by a raccoon as a toddler will return home after her surgeries at Beaumont Children's Hospital.

10-year-old Charlotte Ponce is doing well after under going numerous surgeries to rebuild her nose, lips, and ears that were damaged in the attack.

Ponce will leave the hospital and return to her home in Silver Lake, Mich.

She will undergo more surgeries in about 8 weeks.
