Gunman steals bank bag during robbery at Roseville ATM

Gunman takes bag from victim at Comerica Bank on Kelly Road

ROSEVILLE, Mich. – Roseville police said a man got away with hundreds of dollars Saturday evening during a robbery at a Comerica Bank ATM.

Police said the employee of a St. Clair Shores business was making a deposit just before 8 p.m. at the bank on Kelly Road, north of 10 Mile Road, when a man approached and brandished a gun from under his shirt.

The gunman ordered the victim to the ground and stole the bank bag, which had $254 in it, police said.

During the robbery, the gunman made a comment to the victim about his daughter being sick, police said.

The victim wasn't hurt during the incident.

Police said they are looking for a white man in his early 20s with a thin build and clean shaven.

He was wearing a navy blue shirt with black pants and had a large horse shoe design on the back pockets and blue and black Air Max-type shoes. He also had a orange winter hat.
