Hearing In Case Of 11-Year-Old's Pregnancy Postponed

Trevaun Brooks Faces Criminal Sexual Conduct Charges

MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. -

The pre-trial hearing in the case against Trevaun Cortez Brooks was postponed Monday while his lawyers gather more information.

28-year-old Brooks is accused of impregnating of an 11-year-old girl.

Prosecutors in the case gave a video tape showing Brooks did with police to his defense attorneys Monday. Both sides are still waiting for D-N-A results to determine Brooks is the biological father of the 11-year old girl.

Investigators said Brooke had a relationship with the mother of the girl and had lived in the woman's Mount Clemens home.

The girl is now 12-years-old and delivered a baby last month. The girl and her infant are in protective custody.
