Henry Ford High School in Detroit evacuated for bomb threat

School officials say K-9 swept school, didn't find anything

DETROIT – Henry Ford High School in Detroit was evacuated Friday morning for a bomb threat.

School officials at the building on Evergreen Road said Detroit Public Schools police went through the area with a K-9 dog and didn't find anything.

School was let out for the day. However, students who had already shown up the building and didn't have a way to get home were able to stay for classes.
