LANSING -

Lansing police are investigating the death of a 3-month-old girl.

The incident happened on Friday night when detectives were sent to a local hospital for reports of a baby being treated for serious internal injuries. The child, Janayiah Sanders. was pronounced dead.

The incident is currently under investigation and is considered suspicious.
