LIVONIA, Mich. -

Livonia police are hoping surveillance images from a 7 Eleven store will help track down a man wanted for robbing the place at gunpoint on Sept. 12.

Police say the man on surveillance committed an armed robbery about 3:30 a.m. at the store on Newburgh Road near Ann Arbor Trail. Police say although a gun was never shown, the man implied he had one.

He is described as white, in his early to mid 20s, standing between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall and weighing about 150 pounds. He was wearing a green flannel shirt, faded blue jeans and white tennis shoes. He has light brown hair and is balding.

Anyone with information on the robbery and the man in the surveillance images should contact the Livonia Police Department at 734-466-2319.
