Men accused of rape, torture in court Tuesday
It happened at a home on 14th Street
Three Port Huron men are expected in be in court for a preliminary exam Tuesday in connection with the rape, torture and unlawful imprisonment of a man and woman.
The victims claim to have been held captive by 21-year-old Vito Hale, 19-year-old Conrad Evenson and 18-year-old Bobby Main for three weeks.
The men are all charged with criminal sexual conduct, unlawful imprisonment and torture at a home in the 400 block of 14th Street in Port Huron.
The victims came forward after the man sent a text message to a former teacher who became concerned.
