DETROIT – Detroit-area police departments will have increased patrols Wednesday night as Metro Detroiters head out to celebrate the holiday weekend.
Police say that the Wednesday before Thanksgiving is the busiest night of the year for bars. The night's drinking festivities surpasses St. Patrick's Day and New Years.
