Michigan group to launch informational campaign on to healthy summer meals sites for kids
A Michigan group targeting childhood hunger is planning to launch a statewide campaign to help children find healthy meals this summer.
Michigan's No Kid Hungry "Meet Up & Eat Up" campaign will provide information to the nearest summer food sites using 2-1-1 information, referral services and text messages. The group's partners include Michigan's Department of Human Services and Department of Education.
