Missing Redford woman found safe

Helen High, 78, had been reported missing since Friday; police don't release details of her disappearance

REDFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. -

Redford police say a 78-year-old woman who had been reported missing over the week has been found safe.

Helen High had been missing since Friday.

She had been reported to be driving a white 2003 Ford Windstar van with a California license plate. The license plate is 4ZGX970.

Police didn't immediately release details of her disappearance, but said she was safe.
