DETROIT – Terry Jones, the controversial church pastor known for burning the Quran, filed a lawsuit Monday against the city of Dearborn.
Jones is upset about the city's "hold harmless" agreement that would require him to give up all his legal rights stemming from anything that may happen at a rally he has planned for this weekend in the city.

Without signing the agreement Jones cannot speak in the city.
The pastor said the city is violating his constitutional right to free speech by asking him to sign the legal agreement.
