Police say a missing Illinois woman has been rescued in upstate New York from a man they say held her against her will in a tractor-trailer.
The Monroe County Sheriff's Office tells Rochester-area media outlets that 41-year-old Dale Alan Houchins of Northville, Mich., is facing felony counts of first-degree criminal sex act, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and first-degree unlawful imprisonment.
Police say he was arrested after deputies and officers from Illinois went to the town of Chili on Saturday and found the 22-year-old woman in his truck.
They say the two met online and at first engaged in a consensual sexual relationship, but that changed. Deputies say they found two loaded handguns in the truck.
Houchins is being held on $250,000 bail. It wasn't initially known if he has a lawyer.
