Raccoon stuck in jar, up Southfield utility pole rescued
Residents help rescue raccoon with plastic jar on head

Local 4 found a raccoon Tuesday night perched on a Southfield utility pole with a plastic container stuck on its head.
After unrelenting help from residents nearby, the raccoon finally gave in and came down the pole.
Bystanders were able to safely remove the plastic jar from its head.
The animal hurried along unscathed.
