There will be a rally for Clean Energy, Good Jobs, and Healthy Communities Thursday.
The 8:30 a.m. rally will be at DTE Energy Headquarters on Third and Bagley St.
This comes just before the 10 a.m. meeting of DTE Energy's annual shareholders.
