A $2,500 reward is being offered for information following vandalism at Lake Winds Energy Park in West Michigan.

WWTV-WWUP reported Thursday that the vandalism was discovered at the site in Mason County, where a Consumers Energy facility is located and a wind farm is being built.

The unit of CMS Energy Corp. is offering the reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the damage.

Area residents are being asked to call police or the utility with information.
