ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. -

It’s a case that made national headlines, and now, it’s closed.

The last remaining charge against the Rochester Hills man accused of snooping on his wife’s email has been dropped.

Leon Walker faced a potential of 5 years in prison under Michigan’s Anti Hacking Law.

Thursday, his attorney announced that the Oakland County Prosecutor’s office dropped that charged.

Walked admitted to reading his wife’s emails while the two were going through a divorce.
