Roseville police say a 64-year-old man was killed Wednesday night by a hit-and-run driver near 11 Mile and Hayes roads.

Police said the victim was crossing 11 Mile Road at a crosswalk at about 10 p.m. when he was hit. The driver didn't stop.

The victim was pronounced dead at McLaren Macomb Hospital. His name has not been released.

There is no description of the car that hit the man, but police said it would have damage to its front end.
