SMART bus catches fire in Roseville
No injuries in morning bus fire on Gratiot Avenue near 14 Mile Road in Roseville

Thankfully, no one was hurt when a SMART bus caught fire Wednesday morning in Roseville.
The bus was moving southbound on Gratiot Avenue south of 14 Mile Road when a fire developed in the engine compartment at the rear of the vehicle. The bus sustained extensive damage.
However, the passengers are driver all got out safely. Firefighters responded quickly to put out the fire.
It happened about 7 a.m. and slowed traffic on southbound Gratiot Avenue.
