Skinny models aren't welcome in Israel
Country tackles eating disorders with new law
Underweight models looking for work in Israel may want to change their diet. A new law in the country is taking on eating disorders. It bans underweight models from catwalks and commercials.
The law uses Body Mass Index to decide who can model and who can't. Body Mass Index is a measurement used to estimate healthy weight. Anyone with a BMI less than 18.5 is out.
Spain and Australia have already set minimum weight limits for certain fashion shows.
