A suspect in the slaying of a Mississippi businessman has been arrested in Michigan.
Bay St. Louis Police Chief Mike DeNardo tells The Sun Herald Glen Joseph Davis was found Monday by the U.S. Marshals' Grand Rapids Fugitive Force and Grand Rapids police.
Davis is being held in Michigan pending extradition proceedings.
Police had a fugitive warrant for his arrest on an auto-theft charge and wanted him for questioning in 83-year-old Maurice Colly's death.
Colly was found dead March 8 in the trunk of his vehicle at the apartment complex he owned.
