Suspicious person reported in Lima Township subdivision

LIMA TOWNSHIP, Mich. – The Washtenaw County Sheriff Office says a suspicious person has been reported in Lima Township.

Residence of the Thorton Farms subdivision say a man is asking neighbors to sign an unknown document or piece of paper.

Police say the man, described as African-American, is wearing a white sweater like shirt and carrying a black notebook.

Police are investigating and remind citizens to report any suspicious activity to 911.
