BEVERLY HILLS, Mich. -

Beverly Hills police said they are searching for three teenagers who they say tried to bully two young boys with an air gun at a summer camp.

Police said the two boys, ages 10 and 11, were attending a summer camp at the Beverly Hills Club. Three teenage boys, who were not part of the summer camp, approached the boys at the elementary school basketball court next to the club. One of the teenagers was carrying an air pellet gun or paintball gun, police said.

The teenagers told the boys to take off their shoes. Then, one of the teenagers told the boys they were just joking, and the three walked away, police said.

Parents and the owner of the camp said this is no joke to them.

Police were called before the two boys and their parents left the camp. Other parents were notified by the club.

Police said they are following up leads on the three teens and may be able to catch them soon.

The camp has been going on at the Beverly Hills Club for more than 20 years.
