An argument over the price of condoms led to a fatal shooting at a Detroit gas station last March.
On Monday, a clerk at that station was ordered to stand trial on first degree murder charges.
Prosecutors said 23-year-old Ibrahim Saleh of Dearborn argued with a customer, 24-year-old Michael Haynes, over the price of condoms at the BP station on Fenkell Avenue at Wyoming Avenue.
When an angry Haynes left the gas station, knocking products off shelves, Saleh allegedly followed Haynes outside and shot him in the back, Haynes later died from his wounds.
A preliminary examination hearing ended Monday with Saleh bound over to stand trial on the first degree murder charge.
Saleh remains jailed without bond.
