Ring stolen from Zales Jewelry in Oakland Mall

Troy police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a diamond ring thief.
Police said a man was being shown the ring on Dec. 1, 2011, at the Zales Jewlery store at Oakland Mall when he grabbed it and ran off.
Police have released a surveillance picture of the man from inside the store.
He was wearing an orange striped hoodie with jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to call Troy police at 248 -524-3477.
