URGENT - India Rape Charges

(CNN) -- Indian police formally charged five men Thursday with rape, murder and kidnapping over the gang rape of a 23-year-old woman on a Delhi bus, senior police official Suman Nalwa told CNN. The woman later died from injuries sustained from the rape. The trial is expected to begin this week in a fast-track court.
