URGENT - Oregon Mall Shooter

(CNN) -- A shooter who opened fire at a mall outside Portland, Oregon, Tuesday "has been neutralized," said James Rhodes of the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office. There is no longer an active shooting at the mall, he said. Authorities believe at least one person was killed, he said.
