(CNN) -- Four suspected militants were killed and seven people were arrested in Pakistan after a security forces operation targeting those responsible for the Saturday suicide bombing in the city of Quetta, Frontier Corps commander Col. Maqbool Ahmed said Tuesday. Shiites were targeted in the attack, claimed by the outlawed Sunni militant group Lashkar-e-Jhangvi. Police said a suicide bomber rammed a water tanker laden with explosives into a crowded marketplace, setting off a huge blast that killed at least 89 people and wounded at least 180 others.
