A 10-year-old child and a driver who were injured in a pileup on Interstate 75 last week in Detroit have been released from the hospital.
The female passenger who was in the vehicle with those victims has been upgraded to serious condition, Michigan State Police say. She is at Detroit Receiving Hospital.
The crash, which happened on Thursday, claimed the lives of two children and one adult.

Michigan State Police are continuing to investigate the crash which involved 43 vehicles on the interstate between Springwells and Dearborn Avenune.
Investigators are waiting for autopsy and toxicology results and vehicle inspections.
