TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (AP) — A candlelight vigil is planned for a 29-year-old woman who died last summer after being struck in Traverse City by a hit-and-run driver.

Kelly Ann Boyce's family plans the memorial event July 6 at 9 p.m. in F&M Park near downtown to commemorate her life.

Boyce was killed July 5, 2013, near where she worked, and the driver dragged her body 1 1/2 blocks. No charges have been brought in the case, which remains under investigation. Police are offering a $50,000 reward and say they've received hundreds of tips.
