Woman charged in Macomb murder plot to be sentenced Tuesday

Intended victims were mother, 2 young children

MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. – A woman involved in a plot to murder a 31-year-old mother and her two children will be sentenced when she appears in court Tuesday.

20-year-old Kenisha Latori Faison was found guilty of three counts of solicitation of murder and a count of conspiracy to commit homicide.

Also charged in the case was Demon Lamont Taylor, 38. He was sentenced to 37 years in prison on November 15th.

Faison is the 31-year-old victim's half sister.

Taylor tried to hire a would-be hit man while housed in the Macomb County jail on allegations he sexually assaulted one of Faison's daughters who would testify against him at a trial.
