Zombies are expected to roam a park in the state's capital city this weekend to help feed the hungry.
The Lansing State Journal reports the 2012 Downtown Lansing Zombie Walk takes place Saturday to benefit the Greater Lansing Food Bank.
The event starts at 11 a.m. at Ferris Park and features an obstacle course, 3-legged zombie races and snacks. The walk itself begins at 1 p.m.
There is no registration fee and people are encouraged to dress as zombies.
