Amber Alert issued for 5-year-old Detroit girl

Police say Iyana Oldham taken by mother's ex-boyfriend

DETROITUPDATE: Local 4 was there at 6:30 a.m. when a family member brought 5-year-old Iyana Oldham to a police station -- unharmed.

Police have not yet canceled the Amber Alert.

AMBER ALERT:

An Amber Alert was issued Monday morning for a 5-year-old Detroit girl who police said was taken by her mother's ex-boyfriend.

Iyana Oldham was last seen at 12:15 a.m. Monday.

Police said they believe she is with 33-year-old Desmond Johnson.

Johnson called Oldham's mother and said he was going to kill the child, police said.

What Iyana looks like:

She is described as 3 feet 6 inches tall, 40 pounds with brown eyes and brown eyes.

She was wearing a dress with a white top and black and white polka dots.

What Johnson looks like:

Johnson is described as black, 6 feet 1 inch tall, 160 pounds with dark eyes and black hair.

He has a tattoo of a sun on his left arm with the word "Kimora" inside of it.

He was last seen wearing a blue, orange and white baseball cap, black jacket, blue jeans black Nike shoes with green laces.  He was last seen in an older model blue Trailblazer with gold trim.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Iyana or Johnson is asked to call 313-596-1340.

The FBI is also involved in the search.
