OAK PARK, Mich. – A metro Detroit attorney is holding press conference in Oak Park about a possible lawsuit against Detroit politician Charles Pugh.
Pugh, the president of Detroit City Council, has been away from his office at Detroit City Hall for the past 10 days.

Pugh has already said he isn't seeking re-election this year. He earns about $76,000 per year.
