Blaze Midwest, Inc., metro-Detroit’s new fast-casual, build-your-own artisan pizza restaurant, has begun hiring for its downtown Royal Oak location.
A job fair will be held at the Royal Oak Farmers Market -- located 316 E. 11 Mile Rd. in Royal Oak -- on Sept. 24, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Blaze Midwest, Inc. plans to hire between 40 and 45 new full and part time positions for the Royal Oak location including Managers and Shift Managers. In addition to filling hourly and management positions for the Royal Oak location, Blaze Midwest, Inc. will also begin the search for personnel at their second location in Novi, MI.
Blaze Pizza Royal Oak will be located at 112 S. Main Street and is part of a plan to build 10 Blaze Pizzas in metro-Detroit.

Scheduled to open in mid-October, the Royal Oak location will have 80 interior seats and additional patio seating facing Main Street. The 3,900 square foot Blaze Pizza restaurant will feature a “casually hip” design along with an interactive assembly line format and blazing-hot open-hearth oven.
