BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Bloomfield Township police have released the picture of a man who is suspected of peeping up a woman's dress with his cell phone.

Police said the victim, an employee at the Ulta store on Telegraph Road, was showing the man some products on Oct. 4 when she felt he was getting too close in her personal space. But, police said, it wasn't until the man left that another employee told the victim the man had been trying to take pictures beneath her dress.

The man was captured on store cameras. He's described by police as black, between 27 and 33 years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 10 inches and about 170-200 pounds.

He was seen driving a light colored vehicle, possibly a Chevy Impala.

Anyone who can identify the man in the picture, or has had a similar encounter with him, is asked to call Bloomfield Township police at 248-433-7755.
