DETROIT – Bobby Ferguson's attorney filed a motion to change the venue of Ferguson's upcoming trial.
Ferguson's defense team believes the trial would be unfair in the Eastern District Court because of the outside influence on jurors. In the motion, they reference the Sixth Amendment, which secures criminal defendants the right to trial by an impartial jury.
