GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Police say a woman fired a shot into a Michigan fast-food restaurant's drive-thru window after workers got her burger order wrong a second time.
The shot was fired around 3 a.m. Monday at a McDonald's in Grand Rapids. No one was hurt, and 29-year-old Shaneka Monique Torres was arrested in the case.
According to investigators, Torres and another woman became angry when workers got their order wrong Sunday evening. The customers were told their next meal would be free.
Police believe Torres and the other woman returned to the drive-thru early Monday. The workers again got the meal wrong.
Torres allegedly got out of the car, yelled at the workers, pulled out a gun and fired into the window.
The customers took off, but police tracked them down because they left a phone number following the first order. Torres was charged with carrying a concealed weapon, discharge of a firearm in or at a building and felony firearms.
