Caesars Windsor reopens for gaming after closing for labor dispute

All gaming ended at 8 p.m. Thursday due to labor disruption

WINDSOR, Canada – Caesars Windsor didn't allow new customers into the building after 8 p.m. Thursday because of a labor disruption.

In an update that Caesars Windsor posted on it's Twitter account, the casino would reopen to the public at 9 a.m. Friday.

A security officer near an entrance to one of the parking garages said no new patrons would be allowed inside the building.

WindsoriteDOTca reported a looming midnight strike deadline for Unifor Local 444 employees.
