CANTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Police are investigating after shots were fired Friday night in the parking lot of the Golden Gate Shopping Center in Canton Township.
According to police, multiple calls were received about 11 p.m. about gunfire in the parking lot of the center on Lilley Road, south of Joy Road.

No one was hurt, police said, but two parked cars were hit.
